ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH <br /> FERMIT/SERVICES <br /> Description: <br /> Applications have been submitted by Geraldine Cole , et al , for : <br /> ° A General Plan Map Amendment from Agriculture to Medium <br /> Density Residential (MDR) , and <br /> A Zone Reclassification from GA-40 to R-2 . <br /> The Agriculture designation does not allow urban development . <br /> The MDR designation would allow urban development at a density <br /> of 6 to 15 residences per acre. <br /> The GA-40 zone has a minimum parcel area of 40 acres, and it <br /> would allow one single-family residence on the project parcel . <br /> The R-2 zone would allow a minimum parcel area of 5 , 000 square <br /> feet for a single-family residence and 6 , 500 square feet for a <br /> two-family residence . <br /> The applicant ' s ultimate project for the 30-acre site is a <br /> 200-unit mobile home park. A mobile home park permit would be <br /> required for this project . <br /> Location- <br /> The project site is a 30-acre parcel located northeast of the <br /> City of Stockton. The parcel has frontage on State Route 99 <br /> East Frontage Road, 3 , 000 feet south of the Hammer Lane <br /> interchange. The site coincides with the planned March Lane/ <br /> State Route 99 interchange . The alignment for this interchange <br /> is defined by the March Lane Specific Road Plan, and it is pre- <br /> sently under study by the March Lane Task Force (directed by <br /> the Council of Governments) for possible relocation south of <br /> the adopted alignment . <br /> In addition to the frontage road and interchanges at Hammer <br /> Lane and March Lane, site access routes include the Wilson Way/ <br /> State Route 99 interchange and the Calaveras River/State Route <br /> 99 interchange . The Wilson Way and Calaveras River interchanges <br /> are located south of the site . <br /> Notice of Preparation - 1 - (ER-88-2 ) <br />
