Installation of two soil borings to collect confirmation soil samples for analysis. The borings will be located in areas <br /> of previously documented contaminated soil. One boring will be located on the east side of sparge well#2,(near <br /> boring P3). One boring will be located south east of sparge point#1,at the south east corner of the property. Depth <br /> of the borings is proposed to be 55 feet below surface grade;samples for analysis will be collected every five feet. <br /> beginning at 15 feet bsg. The work plan proposes to complete the borings by Geoprobe direct push drilling method. <br /> 2. All samples collected will be analyzed for TPH-g,TPH-d,BTEX and MtBE. <br /> COM7\4ENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The borings must be completed to the proposed depth of 55 feet bsg. If the proposed drilling method fails to reach <br /> this depth an alternative drilling method must be employed. <br /> 2. Please proceed with submittal of a San Joaquin County Well/Boring Installation Permit Application,required <br /> $89.00 permit fee and$279.00 permit inspection fee. <br /> 3. A report of findings must be submitted to SJC/EHD within 60 days following completion of all fieldwork. <br /> 4.
