INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Edward Barkett of Lodi City Center 12 LLC,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, <br /> Inc (AGE) has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 107 North School Street, <br /> Lodi, California The location of the site and its surroundings are illustrated In Figure 1 Structures <br /> and well locations associated with the site are depicted in Figure 2 Background information and <br /> previous site investigation activities were descnbed in the AGE-prepared Corrective Action Plan, <br /> dated 10 June 1999 <br />' This report documents six soil-vapor sampling events between 10 December 2001 and 15 April 2002 <br /> and a ground water monitoring event on 25 February 2002,and presents the results of the laboratory <br />' analyses of soil-vapor and ground water samples <br />' 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> All field work was performed in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br />' Board(CVRWQCB) guidelines for investigation of underground storage tank(UST) sites Ground <br /> water sampling was conducted in accordance with guideline for monitoring well sampling issued by <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />' Field procedures for ground water monitoring and sampling, and soil vapor extraction monitoring <br /> p <br />' are described below <br />' 21 AIR-SPARGING SYSTEM MONITORING <br /> In December 2001, an in-situ air-sparging(IAS) system was installed onto the roof of the building <br />' on-site A piping network, including In-line control valves, was installed from the ground level to <br /> the roof of the building <br />' The effect of the IAS system was monitored utilizing a YSI-55 dissolved oxygen meter on ground <br /> water During each monitoring event,the depth to ground water and percentage of dissolved oxygen <br /> were measured for available monitoring wells General system maintenance and adjustments were <br />' performed at this time The sparging flow rate was adjusted to approximately 4 scfm and to a <br /> pressure of 6 psi at each well <br /> • <br />' Advanced GeaEnvironmcntal,Inc <br />
