The Project Manager is responsible <br /> for preparing and submitting the incident report to the Health and Safety <br /> Officer, the Manager, and the Corporate Personnel Office within 48 <br /> hours. <br /> 6.3.1 Small Fire/Explosion <br /> In the event of a small, controlled, explosion or fire, the field supervisor will determine if fire <br /> suppression can be achieved by site personnel.
