Scotts Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) adopted Resolution No. 2009-0042 on <br /> May 19, 2009. This resolution directs the Regional Water Quality Control Board and Local <br /> Oversight Program (LOP) agencies to reduce quarterly monitoring requirements to semi-annual <br /> or less frequent unless site-specific needs warrant otherwise at all contaminated underground <br /> storage tank sites under their regulatory oversight. <br /> The above subject site is currently listed with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department LOP.
