Scotts Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) discussed this site <br /> with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control 'Board. The results of the <br /> groundwater samples collected since excavation of the contaminated soil at the site was <br /> performed have declined, the contamination in the soil and groundwater have been <br /> defined and the plume of contaminated groundwater is stable. <br /> If you wish to have your site considered for closure, please provide a closure report <br /> according to the`Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board Tri Regional Board <br /> Recommendations and ensure that it includes the following: <br /> 1. A calculation of contaminant mass removed and remaining in both soil and <br /> groundwater. <br /> 2. A prediction of how long (in years) it will be until the dissolved contaminant <br /> concentrations on site reach water quality goals. <br /> 3. A discussion of the potential vapor intrusion threat from the remaining <br /> contamination in both soil and groundwater. <br /> 4.
