Scotts Avenue, Stockton has been <br /> reviewed and approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD). <br /> EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with California <br /> Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations.Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts, which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at EH'D, 600 E. MainStreet, <br /> Stockton, during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Preparation work for <br /> the soil excavation will begin on June 11, 2007 and the excavation of the soil will begin <br /> on June 18, 2007. <br /> Any questions regarding the site work or procedures should be directed to Margaret <br /> Lagorio, REHS, Program Coordinator at 209 468-3449. <br />
