Review of our <br /> file revealed that much data have not been submitted, andso we are unable to make a <br /> determination regarding the ground water contamination. Our file contains the following: <br /> 1. An unauthorized release form and nine letters from County staff to responsible parties and <br /> Board staff. <br /> 2. A report titled "Preliminary Report of Soil Investigation", dated August 1990, prepared by <br /> ERM-West, consultants. <br /> 3. A workplan titled "Workplan for the Human Health Risk Assessment of the Santa Fe Railway <br /> Company Site", dated January 1993, and,prepared by McLaren Hart, consultants. <br /> 4. A risk assessment titled "Risk Assessment for the Santa Fe Railway Company Site", dated May <br /> 1993, and prepared by ChemRisk, a division of McLaren Hart. <br /> I <br /> r - - �r ., _ _ -., <br /> •�_-- ��Reviecv-o.--t .e...v�Sxity=starr.chronology-and ine=three reports, shows our files tacx`:"`"�""""" <br /> i <br /> 1.
