CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> JANUARIO MENESES <br /> LA-92-0095 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal <br /> descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted <br /> to the Surveyor ' s Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The descriptions shall be <br /> stamped and signed by a Licensed Land Surveyor or a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. The existing Williamson Act Contract shall be amended to <br /> reflect the new configuration, by filing a new Williamson Act <br /> Contract with the Community Development Services Division. <br /> (Government Code 5-1240 et. seq. ) <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a <br /> Record of Survey is required. (New legal description shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor' s Office for review) . (Development <br /> Title Section 9-872 .4) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with qualifiers <br /> to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br /> a. The owner shall execute the necessary documents and agreements <br /> to provide for the abandonment of service and the removal of <br /> irrigation structures for those parcels which will not <br /> continue to receive irrigation water. <br /> b. If irrigation service is to continue, the appropriate private <br /> irrigation easements shall be provided. For private <br /> irrigation easements, place the following note on map near the <br /> location of the easement: <br /> "A size - foot wide private irrigation easement shall be <br /> conveyed across [lots] [parcels] [nos. ] at the time of <br /> conveyance.
