The owner shall grant easements of sufficient width for all <br /> District facilities which may exist on subject property to <br /> serve as a replacement for any prescriptive and/or unrecorded <br /> easements that are present. All existing recorded or newly <br /> dedicated District easements shall be shown on the survey map <br /> prior to its recording. <br /> d. If the homesite area is lower than adjacent irrigated <br /> property, a permanent berm or ditch will need to be <br /> constructed around the homesite parcel to prevent accidental <br /> flooding from irrigation water. Property owner shall either <br /> verify field elevations or submit a written statement to <br /> District indicating that property in question is not subject <br /> to flooding from adjacent irrigated property. <br /> e. A copy of the survey map shall be provided to the District <br /> Engineering Department for review to ensure that the above <br /> conditions have been satisfied. <br />
