Thiemann, Ms Mary Meays of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (PHS/EHD), and <br /> Ms Jeanne Homsey of Snuth Environmental <br /> It was agreed to at the meeting that the installation of the off-site groundwater monitoring wells <br /> would be postponed pending further monitoring results A reduction in the quarterly sampling <br /> was also agreed upon at the meeting Depth to water measurements will be taken from all wells <br /> during the third and fourth quarter, but only MW3 and MW6 will be sampled for laboratory <br /> analysis <br /> The revised scope of work will include the installation of two air sparge wells and three vapor <br /> wells at the subject site (Figure I) The purpose of the investigation is to determine if vapor <br /> extraction and air sparging are viable remedial options for the impacted soil and groundwater. <br /> The new wells will be used for conducting a combined air sparge and vapor extraction pilot test. <br /> The details of the pilot test will be addressed in a subsequent workplan This report outlines <br /> procedures and practices to be utilized during field Investigations. <br /> REVISED SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Smith Environmental proposes the following scope of work to evaluate potential remedial <br /> alternatives at the subject site <br /> w1943731rep ukwpoa96ad. 1 <br /> I260 Graphics Dnve - Modesto CA 95351-1502 - (209)579-2321 - Fax(209)579-Z2z5 <br /> Fngmee-79 - Conmittng - Remediation - Coiwrutrton <br />
