Implementation of the recommended <br /> Conditions of Approval will ensure that the operation of <br /> the use remains compatible with area uses. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> This request is for a Use Permit to establish an aggregate <br /> trucking facility. The buildings, structures, and uses proposed <br /> include a 12 , 000-square-foot office/maintenance shop building, a <br /> 6 , 000-square-foot tire shop building, a truck wash station, a <br /> truck fuel station, and a truck and trailer parking area. <br /> Project construction will require the demolition of several large <br /> vacant buildings. The applicant proposes to retain three on-site <br /> residences. <br /> Support services include: <br /> Sewage disposal by septic tank system. <br /> Water supply by on-site well . <br /> ° Storm drainage by on-site storm pond. <br />
