CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL UP-88-34 (TE-90-8 ) Marshall Lehr Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits . The approval will expire on February 18 , 1991 , unless ( 1 ) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, ( 2 ) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force , and ( 3 ) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force . NOTE : Modifications to the original Conditions of Approval for UP-88-34 are noted with cross-out/underlining references . The Building Inspection Division' s Ordinance Requirements were not included in the original Conditions of Approval . 1 . CALTRANS : Conditions of Approval : The applicant shall obtain written confirmation that project trucks are of a size and type that are capable of negotiating turns properly at local intersections , specifically the ramp intersections of Roth Road and Interstate Route 5 . A copy of the Caltrans determination shall be submitted to the Planning Division prior to issuance of a building permit . 2 . FRENCH CAMP FIRE DISTRICT : Ordinance Requirements : The Ordinance Reauirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . a. Fire sprinklers shall be provided for the proposed tire shop and office/maintenance shop buildings . b. The applicant shall provide water for fire protection, as required in NFPA No . 24 . c . The applicant shall provide a key box per USC 1985 ( 10 . 209) . d. The applicant shall obtain all permits as required in USC 1985 . Conditions of Approval : e . The applicant shall include details of all fire protection facilities on the Improvement Plan.
