The frontage improvements for Harlan Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the typical section shown <br /> on Exhibit "A" (attached to comment letter dated July 20 , <br /> 1988 ; see file) . The construction of the frontage improve- <br /> ments may be deferred at the option of the Department of <br /> Public Works, in which event the owner shall execute a <br /> Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement prior to approval <br /> of the Improvement Plan and issuance of a Building Permit . <br /> A $250 . 00 fee is required for processing per Ordinance No . <br /> 3337 . <br /> c . An Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within <br /> the road right-of-way. <br /> d. A Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this <br /> development .
