A minimum aisle width of 24 feet shall be provided for onsite <br /> vehicle circulation. The areas designated for site access, <br /> vehicle circulation, and parking shall be paved in accord- <br /> ance with the aggregate base and asphaltic concrete specifi- <br /> cations approved by the Department of Public Works. <br /> t exceed sixty (60) percent of the <br /> 2 . No lighting fixture may be installed at height greater <br /> than the height of a storage unit building. Project lights <br /> shall not illuminate adjacent properties or create a glare <br /> problem for passing motorists. <br />
