SA-89-9 page 3 <br /> 9 . A trash enclosure location shall be designated on the Improve- <br /> ment Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to accommodate <br /> all trash receptacles and constructed on three sides with <br /> a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. <br /> 10 . All new construction shall have the lowest floor elevated <br /> to at least one (1) foot above the one hundred (100) year <br /> flood elevation as described in Section 9-10325 of the Planning <br /> Title. As an alternative non-residential construction may <br /> be floodproofed in accordance with Section 9-10325 (a) (3) (c) . <br /> 11 . All construction and improvements shall conform to the approved <br /> site plan and improvement plan, and shall include the 6 ' masonry <br /> wall shown along the southern and eastern boundaries of the <br /> project site on the site plan. <br /> RL: jdh <br />
