CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89-39 <br /> Clayton T . Titus , G. C. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan , prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer , showing drainage , driveway access details , on-site <br /> parking , existing and proposed utility services , and <br /> grading , shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works for approval . On-site storm water within system shall <br /> connect to the existing lateral furnished . <br /> 2 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District prior to <br /> occupancy. <br /> BUILDING DIVISION <br /> 1 . The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be appl4.cable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into areas <br /> less than. 6 ,000 square feet by area separation walls . <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements ( C .A. C. , Title 24 ) . <br />
