A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U . B. C . , Appendix , Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable . <br /> C. Grading in excess of 5 ,000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements ." <br /> d . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> e . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> f . All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments . <br /> 3 . The Construction Plan shall indicate the following : <br /> a . Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped. The space( s ) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance ( C. A. C . , Title 24 ) . <br /> b . Identification signs for the parking space( s ) , <br /> including the "tow away" sign , shall be provided at <br /> each entrance or be visible from each space ( C.A. C . , <br /> Title 24 ) . <br /> C. The slope of the parking space( s ) shall not exceed 1 /4 <br /> inch per foot ( C.A. C . , Title 24 ) . <br />
