05 September 2002
AGE-NC Project No. 99-0605
Page 6 o#'6
S-U- RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the results of this investigation, AGE recommends:
• The site be considered for closure. It is unlikely that remediation(soil vapor extraction) at the
site would result in a significant reduction of the hydrocarbon mass, and is not necessary to
reduce any dissolved hydrocarbon mass.
•
Upon closure certification, the well associated with the site should be abandoned in
accordance with San Joaquin County regulations.
9.0. LIIVIITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based mainly upon
analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluations of the geologic/hydrogeologic
conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a limited number o f available
data points (i.e. grab ground water- samples and soil samples) and subsurface conditions may vary
away from these data points. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional
interpretations, opinions and recommendations contained in this report.
Advanced G*oEnvironntentrl,fnc.
