Personnel on-site should use the "buddy" system (pairs). Buddies <br /> Lshould prearrange hand signals or other mean of communication. In <br /> emergencies the following hand signals are suggested: <br /> - Hand gripping throat: out of air, can't breathe. <br /> - Grip panner's wrist or place both hands around ound waist. leave area <br /> immediately, no debate! <br />
