Thatcher Chemical Tank Closure, 12/28/20 <br />Page 3 of 10 <br />•Photos of all pH strips are included as Attachment A. <br />•In summary, all surface pH measurements were between pH 7-8 <br />This evaluation shows that the cleaning and decontamination activities conducted by Thatcher <br />were effective and that there is no remaining surface contamination. Based on this, UPCF <br />Tanks Closure Certification forms have has been completed for the 4 tanks and signed by a <br />Certified Industrial Hygienist. These are included below as Attachment B
