The soil boring location may require field modifications due to onsite utility locations and/or field
conditions.
Additionally, soil boring locations will be Geared to 8 feet 1 Inch bgs,per Chevron borehole clearance
requirements. Prior to installation, the proposed CPT location will be cleared either by air knife or hand-
augered to identify potential underground utility conflicts. In areas where CPT/LIF data Is desired in the top
8 feet of soil, two boreholes will be cleared, two feet apart,to eight ft bgs and then the CPT boring will be
advanced between the two cleared borings. This approach will be predicated on the negative results of both
the utility survey and the geophysical survey at such a location.
3.11 Reporting
Data collected from the Site investigation will be summarized and presented In the Site Investigation Report.
The report will include results of the Investigation activities, field activities, required permits, and laboratory
analytical reports with a copy of the chain-of-custody,
4.
