ARCADIS Site ;investigation Work Plan <br /> 401 North San Jose Street,Stockton,California <br /> The groundwater samples will be analyzed for the following constituents: <br /> • TPM-GRO,TPH-DRO,TPH-mo by USEPA Method 8015 Modified <br /> • BTEX,MTBE, 1,2-DCA,ethanol, DIPS, ETBE, TAME,TBA and EDB by USEPA Method 8260B <br /> Each well will be purged a minimum of three wetted-casing volumes using field sampling equipment(e.g. <br /> peristaltic pump and/or bailer), Electrical conductivity, pH,turbidity, and temperature will be recorded for <br /> each well during the purging process to document that the well has stabilized before collecting the <br /> groundwater samples. Groundwater samples will be sealed,labeled,and placed in an ice-filled cooler and <br /> shipped under appropriate chaln-of-custody protocols to Lancaster Laboratories, Inc.in Lancaster, <br /> Pennsylvania. <br /> 3.7 Investigation-Derived Waste <br /> Investigation-derived waste(IDW)wilt be containerized in 55-gallon Departmentof Transportatlon(DOT)- <br /> approved drums and temporarily stored atthe Site pending characterization and proper cifsposal A <br /> composite soil sample will be collected representing soil cuttings from the well borings and will be analyzed <br /> at a frequency of one composite sample per 55-gallong drum for the fallowing constituents: <br /> • Title 221CAM 17 metals by US EPA Method 60106 <br /> • TPH-GRO,TPH-DRO,TRH-mo by USEPA Method 8015 Modified <br /> • Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure(TCLP)VOCs by USEPA Method 82606 <br /> • TCLP Semivolatiles by USEPA Method 6010B <br /> • Polychlorinated biphenyls by USEPA Method 808M <br /> • Reactivity, Corroslvlty and Ignitability. <br /> Purge water collected during groundwater sampling and well development efforts will also be analyzed for <br /> the above constituents prior to disposal. Soil cuttings and purge water will be removed by Chevron's <br /> disposal contractor to an appropriate disposal facility, <br /> 8 <br />
