Estate of Angelo Rolleri <br /> Page 2 <br /> need to be analyzed when installingi,the monitoring well near MW3 . <br /> Please be prepared to analyze more than the 15 soil samples <br /> proposed. <br /> i <br /> Since lead was evidenced in the groundwater sample from MW6 in <br /> 1988, soil samples collected at 15 and 20 feet below grade from the <br /> boring or monitoring well installed near the former tank location <br /> should be analyzed for total lead. <br /> If groundwater is not present in the existing vapor extraction well <br /> which has a depth of 70 feet, please be prepared to drill deeper <br /> than 80 feet below grade for -the installation of the monitoring <br /> wells. <br /> I <br /> The laboratory to be utilized was not identified. Ensure the <br /> laboratory analyzing the samples is Department of Health Services <br /> certified for the methods proposed in the work plan. <br /> f <br /> Figure 4, discussed in the work plan, was omitted from the copy <br /> submitted to PHS/EHD, please submit a copy of Figure 4 to PHS/EHD. <br /> i <br /> Two well permit applications will need to be submitted for the work <br /> outlined. One permit for the City of Stockton right-of-way work <br /> and one permit for the private property work.
