Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 501 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility has a 4000 gallon used oil tank. The used oil tank was missing the current <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words"Hazardous Waste"and the <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Label the hazardous waste tank with the words"Hazardous Waste"and the accumulation <br /> start date. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 512 CCR 66265.192(h) Failure to obtain a reassessment of a tank system within 5 years or as required. <br /> OBSERVATION: This facility has a 4000 gallon used oil tank. The tank assessment was not available for review <br /> during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> The assessment specified in subsection (k)of this section shall be obtained prior to placing a new tank system in <br /> service and shall be kept on file at the facility.This assessment shall be reviewed and certified by an independent, <br /> qualified, professional engineer, registered in California, in accordance with section 66270.11(d), attesting that the <br /> tank system has sufficient structural integrity and is acceptable for the transferring, storing and treating of hazardous <br /> waste.The assessment shall be valid for a maximum period of five (5)years or the remaining service life of the tank <br /> system, as stated in the engineer's assessment,whichever is less. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of the current hazardous waste tank assessment to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD). If the tank needs to be reassessed, immediately get a tank <br /> reassessment and provide it to the EHD.
