Box 198 <br />Lathrop, CA 95330 <br />RE: Well Perr•its Required <br />In reference to my letter dated February 15, 1980 regarding conditions for <br />the issuance of well permits for the Plan of Study by your company, <br />Mr.. Richard Wary has informed staff that another company will be drilling <br />wells for the plan of study. <br />You are hereby advised that each company that drills a well for the Plan <br />of Study will be responsible for obtaining a permit to drill the well and <br />the destruction of the well when testing is completed. <br />The conditions stated in my letter dated February 15, 1980, will apply to <br />any company involved in the plan of study. <br />Jack J.
