Simplot). <br /> Additional work resulting from the above listed causes will be reimbursed <br /> at the unit rates provided by the bidder in the Bid Form. Claims for <br /> reimbursement for additional work will only be honored when such work is <br /> authorized or substantiated by the supervising geologist in writing. <br /> For the purposes of this bid, all work will be assumed to be conducted in <br /> Level C personnel protection. Work required to be performed in Level B <br /> personnel protection will be reimbursed at the combined rate of Level C plus Level <br /> B premium hourly rate quoted by the bidder on the bid form and as approved by <br /> the supervising geologist in writing. <br /> 1.5 Protection of the Site <br /> Excepting as otherwise provided herein, the Contractor shall protect all <br /> structure, walks, pipelines, trees, shrubbery, lawns, etc., during the progress of <br /> this work.
