This includes the following but is not limited to: <br /> o Mobilization and demobilization of all minimum <br /> specified equipment and personnel, <br /> o Personnel costs, per diem, etc., <br /> o Site access, <br /> o Drilling, <br /> o Decontamination of equipment, <br /> o Well construction, <br /> o Materials, <br /> o Containment of cuttings, <br /> o Cleanup, <br /> o Well development, <br /> o Well performance testing, <br /> o Well head construction, and <br /> o Well connection to existing extraction well <br /> network and well area fencing. <br /> The Contractor shall, at his own expense, procure all permits, certificates <br /> and licenses required by law for the execution of this work.
