No further action is required to correct this violation. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 105 CCR 66262.34(d)(2)No emergency coordinator. <br /> OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan with an assigned emergency coordinator was not posted <br /> at the facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency coordinator or his designee must respond to any emergencies that <br /> arise. The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas directly involved in <br /> the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of the <br /> emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of <br /> the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by Cesar <br /> Davila, owner,who designated himself as the emergency coordinator and posted the required information in the <br /> facility office(see photo IMG 0720). No further action is required to correct this violation. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 110 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br /> years during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in <br /> accordance with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the <br /> designated facility which received the waste.This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years <br /> from the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years,from 2017 to present,for all <br /> hazardous waste including used oil, used antifreeze, and used paper oil filters.
