Public utility easements shall be as required by Pacific Gas and Electric Company and all other public utilities . Underground utilities are required. n. The tentative map shall be revised to reflect the above conditions, and a public street shall be stubbed out to the south from Edna Court . 2 . Building Inspection Division: a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to the performance of any excavation or filling of earth material . b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B. C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006( 1 ) . c . The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable . d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements. " e . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- porated in the grading plans . f . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance of a building permit . 3 . Local Health District : a. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . Percolation tests are required on all 12 lots, and a mini- mum sewage disposal area is required for Local Health District approval . A permit for the percolation tests from the Health District is required. b. Soil profile tests on Lots No . 2 and 7 are required. 4 . Pacific Gas and Electric Company: a. Ten-foot-wide utility easements along all street frontages shall be dedicated on the Final Map .
