PROPERTY SETTING <br /> Description of Man-Made Site Features <br /> Describe the existing man-made features of the subject property, including <br /> buildings, roads, wells, septic systems, canals, underground pipelines, utility <br /> lines: <br /> Existing man-made features consist of a haul road and a spur levee. The <br /> remainder of the property consists of agricultural fields. An irrigation <br /> easement belonging to the Sacramento and San Joaquin Drainage District exists <br /> on the south western and western perimeter of the property for maintenance of <br /> an underground irrigation pipeline. This is well outside of the area of the <br /> proposed project. <br /> Surrounding Land Uses <br /> Describe the surrounding land uses and the distances between them and the subject <br /> property: <br /> North: San Joaquin River <br /> South: San Joaquin River <br /> East: San Joaquin River <br /> West: Agriculture <br /> All land use in the immediate vicinity of the project is <br /> agricultural. <br /> Easements <br /> Describe any easements on the property . <br /> The only easement occurs on the south western and western perimeters of <br /> the property, well outside of the proposed project limits.
