Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 <br /> and #1481, A.B. 939, and Title 14, CCR. <br /> f. The existing private water wells shall be tested for <br /> nitrates. Samples are to be taken and run by a state- <br /> approved laboratory. <br /> g. Issuance of Grade "A" permit can not be issued until <br /> July 4, 1991 at the earliest to comply with Dairy Herd <br /> Termination program requirements of the U. S. Department <br /> of Agriculture. <br /> 3. BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. Any modifications or additions to the dairy will <br /> require Building Permits. <br /> 4. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> a. Attached for your information is a copy of Air <br /> Pollution Control District' s Letter. <br /> S. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> a. One (1) copy of the Improvement Plan must be submitted <br /> to the Planning Division for circulation to the <br /> involved County departments. A $100. 00 Plan Check fee <br /> will be required at time of submittal. <br /> b. The payment of developer fees for schools required <br /> prior to issuance of building permits. Contact the <br /> Manteca School District for specific fee requirements. <br /> NOTE: Any modification of the above conditions or approved <br /> plan shall only be by a "Revision of Approval" <br /> application or by filing of a new application. <br />
