Raja Gangadharan <br /> APPLICATION NO: SU-88-12 <br /> APN 195-122-48 <br /> PROPOSAL: Nine ( 9) Unit Residential Subdivision <br /> Information: <br /> The site is located on the south side of Lathrop Road, 6501+ west <br /> of Fifth Street, Lathrop. <br /> Comments : <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improve- <br /> ment Standards and Specifications of the County of San <br /> Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications must be <br /> approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public <br /> Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> 2 . If the improvements referred to herein are not completed <br /> prior to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall <br /> execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin ensuring <br /> completion of improvements within one (1 ) year after filing <br /> the Final Map. <br /> 3 . Maharaja Drive and Jonquil Drive shall be dedicated and <br /> improved to County Standards of a 50-foot right-of-way street <br /> (URBAN) . <br /> 4. Improvements from Maharaja Drive along the north side of <br /> Sunrise Place shall be extended to join improvements <br /> constructed by Sunset Manor. <br />
