The Council of Governments ' comment letter <br /> cautions that the generation of traffic on Guild Avenue ulti- <br /> mately may require signalization of the State Route 12 <br /> intersection. <br /> SERVICES/FACILITIES : <br /> As noted in the beginning of this report , City of Lodi services <br /> for water supply and sewage treatment - would be mandatory for a <br /> subdivision application only. For the applicant ' s underlying <br /> project , however , a Site Approval application would be required. <br /> For Site Approvals , the Department of Public Works and the Local <br /> Health District have discretionary authority over the service <br /> requirements for sewage disposal , water supply, and storm <br /> drainage . <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: <br /> The Initial Study determination is that the GP-88-23/ZR-88-22 <br /> project will not result in a significant , adverse effect on the <br /> environment . On this basis, a Negative Declaration has been pre- <br /> pared. <br /> -6- <br />
