REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR RV-88-2 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Condition of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Prior to the development of each Phase, after Phase I, <br /> the applicant shall submit a site plan for each Phase for <br /> staff ' s review and approval. _ The fee for each review <br /> shall be $250. 00 . Phasing shall proceed as follows: <br /> (1) Phase I shall be started by January 21, 1993 , and <br /> include the following: <br /> A. The development of up to 168 additional <br /> recreational vehicle camp sites with meeting <br /> room and swimming pool. <br /> B. The entry gate can be started during this <br /> phase and shall be completed by Phase III. <br /> (2) Phase II shall be completed by January 21, 1996, <br /> and include the following: <br /> A. The development of up to 200 additional <br /> recreational vehicle camp sites with meeting <br /> room and swimming pool. <br /> (3) Phase III shall be completed by January 21, 1999 , <br /> and include the following: <br /> A. The development of up to 200 additional.. <br /> recreational vehicle camp sites with meeting <br /> room and swimming pool. <br /> B.
