(4) Phase IV shall be completed by January 21, 2002 , <br /> and include the following: <br /> A. The development of up to 144 additional <br /> recreational vehicle camp sites with meeting <br /> room and swimming pool. <br /> B. Individual recreational vehicle sites shall be <br /> a minimum of 1500 square feet and a maximum of <br /> 1900 square feet in area (Section 9-2304 (b) ) . <br /> C. The widths of recreational vehicle sites shall <br /> average at least 35 feet and have at least 15 <br /> feet of frontage on a driveway (Section 9- <br /> 2304 (c) ) . <br /> - <br /> 2304 (c) ) . <br /> D. One off-street parking space shall be provided <br /> on each camp site. The space does not need to <br /> be paved (Section 9-2304 (f) ) . <br /> E. A wrought-iron fence not more than six feet <br /> high shall be installed to separate the resort <br /> and the mobile home park, and a six-foot-high <br /> chain-link fence shall be installed along the <br /> east side of the camping area, prior to <br /> initiation of use of Phase I. <br /> F. Recreational vehicles shall remain in a mobile <br /> state with the wheels attached and in operable <br /> condition (Section 9-10325 (d) (2) ) . <br /> G. Each recreational vehicle site shall have no <br /> accessory structures other than a picnic table <br /> and a barbecue grill provided by Tower Park. <br /> H. Permanent residency is not allowed. Permanent <br /> is defined as over 90 consecutive days. <br /> I. No recreational vehicles may be left in the <br /> park for more than 90 consecutive days in any <br /> 150-day period. <br /> J. The applicant shall provide all appropriate <br /> documentation, including quarterly computer <br /> printouts, to reflect the ongoing status of <br /> all on-site recreational vehicles to verify <br /> compliance herein. The information shall <br /> include all appropriate information including <br /> the name of the space-holder, permanent <br /> address, license number, date of original <br /> admittance, and agreed upon exit date. This <br /> information shall be distributed concurrently <br /> R-91-741 -3- RV-88-26 <br />
