DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Ordinance Reguirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> improvement standards and specifications of the County of <br /> San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications <br /> must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department <br /> of Public Works prior to the approval of any building <br /> permits. <br /> b. A 50-foot-wide right-of-way shall be dedicated from the <br /> existing frontage road along .the south side of State <br /> Route 12 , under the Potato Slough Bridge, and looped to <br /> Glasscock Road, and . it shall be improved to County <br /> standards for a 50-foot-wide right-of-way farm or estate <br /> subdivision street when an evaluation by Caltrans and San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Public Works determines that <br /> it is necessary to construct this facility. <br /> C. A drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County and to provide adequate <br /> drainage for the project. A permit from the Reclamation <br /> District or State Board of Reclamation, as required, <br /> shall be required for discharging the additional runoff <br /> into South Mokelumne River. <br /> d. The project shall be served by a public water system <br /> conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services (Environmental Health Division) <br /> and the Department of Public Works. The system shall <br /> provide adequate domestic and fire water supply in <br /> conformance to the requirements of the County Fire Warden <br /> and the local fire district. A "will serve" letter shall <br /> be required from the Little Potato Slough Mutual Water <br /> Company. <br /> e. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection <br /> and treatment system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services (Environmental Health Division) and the <br /> Department of Public Works. A "will serve" letter shall <br /> be required from the Little Potato Slough Mutual Water <br /> Company. <br /> f. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> R-91-741 -5- RV-88-26 <br />
