(Section <br /> 9-2304 (f) ) <br /> F. A solid fence (masonry?) not more than six (6) foot high <br /> shall be installed around the mobilehome park and along <br /> the east side of the camping area. (Section 9-2304 (g) ) <br /> G. Recreational vehicles shall remain in a mobile state with <br /> the wheels attached and in operable condition. (Section <br /> 9-10325 (d) (2) ) <br /> H. Each recreational vehicle site shall have no accessory <br /> structures other than a picnic table and a bar-b-que <br /> grill provided by Tower Park. <br /> I. Permanent residency is not allowed. Permanent is defined <br /> as over 90 consecutive days. <br /> J. Recreational vehicles may be left on individual sites for <br /> more than 90 consecutive days if they are to be used for <br /> weekends and vacations of the RV owners and meet the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. All camping equipment must be kept inside the <br /> recreational vehicle during the absence of the RV <br /> owners. <br /> 2 . Awnings must be retracted. <br /> 3 . The park management has the ability to remove these <br /> recreational vehicles in the event of a levee <br /> failure. The park management should set a limit to <br /> the number of spaces that can be used in this <br /> manner based on staffing and equipment limitations. <br /> 4 . No recreation vehicles may be left longer than 90 <br /> consecutive days in the new camping areas within <br /> 200 feet of the Tower Park Village Mobilehome Park. <br /> K. An Evacuation Plan shall be prepared for this facility in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Chapter 23 , Division 2 , <br /> of the Planning Title. (Section 9-10324 (f) ) <br /> L. Parking spaces shall be provided for the commercial <br /> structure in accordance with the parking ordinances, at <br /> the time of construction. <br />
