A <br /> facilities inspection report and a site inspection photograph log are enclosed with this letter. <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order No. 94-264 includes pond management requirements. <br /> Discharge Specification 6.b.b states, "Weeds shall be minimized through control of water depth, <br /> harvesting, or herbicides," and Specification 6.b.c states, "Dead algae, vegetation, and debris shall not <br /> accumulate on the water surface." <br /> By 31 August 2004, San Joaquin County Department of Public Works shall submit a report that <br /> describes the removal of the floating vegetation.
