Stockton Service <br /> Station Equipment Company removed the tank. California Water <br /> Labs, Inc. conducted the initial soils analysis, copy attached. <br /> PRESENT SITUATION <br /> The City is now seeking a consultant to perform the following <br /> tasks: <br /> 1. Prepare a "Preliminary Report" to assess the site <br /> and problem with suggested boreholes and monitor <br /> wells needed to determine site status. <br /> 2 . Perform the tasks detailed in the Preliminary <br /> Report. <br /> 3 . Prepare a "Problem Assessment Report" describing <br /> the lateral and vertical extent of the problem. <br /> Propose a course of action to clean up the site. <br /> 4 . Prepare a "Final Remedial Plan" for implementation <br /> on a time schedule. <br /> All reports shall be in a form acceptable to the San Joaquin <br /> Health District, the Regional Water Quality Control Board and <br /> the City of Stockton. They shall follow the format and contain <br /> the information as outlined in the attached Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region memorandum entitled <br /> ,,STOCKTON...CALIFORNIA'S SUNRISE SEAPORT" <br />
