AGE presented the laboratory results at the meeting but the QMR 1 <br /> has not been submitted to PHS/EHD at this time. It was agreed that at <br /> least two additional QMR would be required before deciding the next step <br /> that would be needed to bring this site to closure. PHS/EHD also requires <br /> the continuation of analyses for diesel in addition to the oxygenates in the <br /> ! quarterly sampling. <br /> 1465 S. Lincoln <br /> Preparation of the request to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board for concurrence on a "no further action required" <br /> determination for the.12,000 gallon UST removed from this site is <br /> pending. The PHS/EHD staff reviewing the closure f osure Jan far# <br /> 9 p he 10,000 <br /> gallon UST piping stated that the end of the piping still has not been <br /> located. PHS/EHD requires locating the piping before the closure in place <br /> of the piping can be approved.
