Attending the-meeting were Sharla Hardy and you representing City of <br /> Stockton (COS),.William Little representing Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE), and <br /> Margaret Lagorio and Jeff Wong representing EHD. The following is a summary of the site l <br /> .discussions at the!meeting. <br /> Fontana Drive at Smith Canal <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board has concurred with EHD's request for <br /> final closure of the site. EHD has approved the work to destroy all the remaining <br /> monitoring wells at the site as proposed in the workplan dated April 15, 2004 prepared by <br /> ATC Associates. A copy of the work plan approval letter and well destruction permit was <br /> given to you at the meeting:' Final closure of the site will be issued when the last remaining <br /> monitoring well is destroyed. <br /> 110 W. Sonora <br /> Three consecutive months of sampling beginning in April 2004 dill be conducted to provide <br /> additional data points to evaluate the effectiveness of the ozone sparging system at the site <br /> in its current configuration (without diffusers).
