Attending the meeting were Sharla <br /> Hardy, Wayne Smith and you representing City of Stockton (COS), William Little <br /> representing Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE), and Margaret Lagorio <br /> and .teff Wong representing EHD. The following is a summary of the site <br /> discussions at the meeting. <br /> Fontana Drive at Smith Canal <br /> COS has not completed the contract with ATC Associates (ATC) to install <br /> the monitoring well as discussed in the previous meeting in October 2001. <br /> COS stated the work will commence once a contract with ATC has been <br /> worked out. <br /> 110 W. Sonora <br /> AGE agrees to provide graphs in future quarterly monitoring reports to <br /> monitor the effectiveness of the remediation system and to compare the <br /> mass removed and the contaminant reduction in groundwater. AGE will <br /> also evaluate the pore volume calculation exchange in the next report. <br /> AGE will sample from the top of the groundwater as well as from the <br /> bottom of the well (using a bomb sampler) RW-1 in order to establish the <br /> vertical extent of contamination as agreed to during the previous meeting <br /> in October 2001. AGE will perform this task at 2 p.m. January 11, 2002. <br /> 1740 Houston <br /> PHS/EHD has approved Work Plan Addendum dated November 19, 2001 <br /> prepared by AGE. The contract with COS to do the work is pending. <br /> AGE agreed to implement the work by February 20, 2002, or perform <br /> quarterly monitoring if the work has not been implemented. EHD has not <br /> received any new quarterly sampling reports since 2"d quarter of 2001. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
