State database that maintains a database of spills reported under various legislation. <br /> 18- SPL and SCL—State Priority List and State Cleanup List. Databases that contain listings of sites with known or <br /> suspected contamination. <br /> I 19. STATE WATER WELLS —Public Water Well locations provided by the State's Department of Environmental <br /> Conservation Water Supply division. <br /> 20.. SWLF—Solid Waste Landfill Sites.Information on solid waste landfill sites collected at the state and local level.. <br /> 21. TRIS—Toxic Release Inventory System Database of toxic chemical releases from certain facilities: <br /> 22. UST-Underground Storage Tank Registrations.This database contains UST registrations for 49 states. <br /> 23. WMUDS — Waste Management Unit Database System. State database, provided by:the California Water <br /> Resources Control Board, used for tracking and inventory of waste management units. <br /> 1.2.1.4. Evaluation and Report Preparation <br /> A written report of the findings of the assessment was prepared upon completion of the-investigation. The <br /> C report includes information to support the conclusions reached by Condor that relate to the environmental <br /> condition of the site and to the potential environmental liability, if any, imposedi by the site or by <br /> neighboring properties within the search area. <br /> 1.2.2 California Education and Public Resources Code Requirements <br /> The following additional tasks, not part of a typical ASTM Phase 1 ESA, were performed to satisfy the <br /> requirements of the California Education and Public Resources Codes. The results of the following <br /> b <br /> searches are located in Section 7.1 of this report. <br /> + Facilities within V4 mile of the site that could emit hazardous air emissions,were identified, if <br /> applicable (California Education Code § 17213 and California Public Resources Code § <br /> 21 151.$), by contacting District-specific air pollution control regulators. <br /> • Existing and proposed airports within two nautical miles of the site were identified, if <br /> applicable (California Education Code § 17215), by reviewing topographic maps and <br /> aeronautical charts, and by conducting a vicinity reconnaissance. <br /> • Relative location, with respect to the site, of high voltage power lines,-high-pressure gas <br /> I ines, and railroad tracks were identified if these features were observed by contacting county <br /> specific utility districts and by conducting a site and vicinity reconnaissance. <br /> 1.2.3 Geological Hazards Assessment <br /> California Education Code § 17212 and § 17212.5 require investigation of geological hazards for <br /> proposed public school sites. Condor performed the following tasks to identify geological hazards <br /> associated with the site by referencing the materials listed in Section 12.0 of this report and by conducting <br /> a site reconnaissance.
