Conclusions and Recommendations
The soil sample collected under the underground storage tank does not indicate the
presence of hydrocarbons. No constituents included in the analyses requested by the
SJLHD were detected at concentrations above laboratory reporting limits. Based on the
analytical results and field observations, we believe no further investigation of the 500
gallon tank is warranted.
Kleinfelder recommends a copy of this report be submitted to the San Joaquin Local
Health District for their review If you have any questions or require our services any
further, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Limitations
Kleinfelder performed this investigation in accordance with generally accepted standards of
care which exist in Northern California at this time. It should be recognized that definition
and evaluation of geologic conditions is a difficult and inexact art. Judgements leading to
conclusions and recommendations are generally made with incomplete knowledge of the
subsurface conditions present. More extensive studies, including subsurface investigations,
may be performed to reduce uncertainties. If the client wishes to continue this
investigation, Kleinfelder should be notified for additional consultation. No warranty,
expressed or implied is made.
Sincerely,
KLEINFELDER,-INC.
Enc S. Findlay
Project Geologist
Step en S.
