A scaled site map showing the location of the proposed wells and soil borings should be included in all work plans <br /> submitted to the county for review. Please provide one for this site. <br /> 4. Sources other than the Department of Water Resources may have to be utilized in order to complete a thorough well/receptor <br /> survey. Other sources may include municipal water suppliers,nearby industries and even a door-to-door search. Provide as much <br /> information as possible about any wells located,such as address,owner,total depth,screen intervals,pumping rates,etc. <br /> 5. The vertical extent of the contaminant plume in both soil and groundwater has not been defined.
