Sutter Avenue, Stockton, California 95202 <br /> (APN 139-250-05; Site Code Number 9327) <br />' Dear Ms Samson, <br /> Presented herein are the results of our evaluation of potential soil and groundwater <br /> contamination in the vicinity of the abandoned underground storage tanks, pump islands <br /> and associated piping, on a parcel at the southwest corner of East Miner Avenue and <br /> California Street to Stockton, California, see Plate 1, Plot Plan <br /> This report is in response to the August 18, 1999 letter from San Joaquin County's Public <br />' Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) The County Oversight <br /> Program requires certification of closed underground storage tank sites and the mitigation <br />' of any potential contamination, as outlined in its February 27, 1997 letter <br />' SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />' The purpose of this investigation is to determine the degree of residual petroleum <br /> contamination from the previous service stations at this site Specifically, scope of our <br /> services consists of the following tasks <br />' 1 Review available land use and hydrogeologlc data, including stereo-paired aerial <br /> photographs, and data in the files in the San Joaquin County Health Department offices to <br />' obtain background information on the subject site and adjacent area This review is to <br /> assist us in our evaluation of the on-site soil and groundwater conditions <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br />
