Your consultant, Wallace-Kuhl and <br /> Associates, Inc. , proposes to excavate approximately 800 cubic <br /> yards of contaminated soil. Upon completion of the excavation and <br /> backfilling, two soil borings will be drilled, soil sampled and <br /> analyzed for TPH-d, TPH-g, and BTXE. Monitoring well(s) may be <br /> installed if contamination extends vertically to groundwater. <br /> Prior to initiating any field work, please submit an addendum to <br /> this work plan containing the following information: <br /> 1. A scaled diagram of the proposed excavation showing <br /> sampling locations. <br /> 2 . A sampling plan specific for the proposed activity. <br /> (Appendix B did not outline field procedures for sampling <br /> excavations. ) <br /> 3 . A copy of the City of Stockton excavation permit. <br /> 4. Contractor information and drilling permit applications <br /> (include $89.00 for the permit) . <br /> 5. A soils management plan for all contaminated soil. <br /> 6.
