You explained that there are at least two other UST
release investigation sites in the vicinity of the former 13P site, and we both agreed that
coordinated groundwater monitoring and sampling would provide necessary information to base a
workplan upon.
Blaine Tech Services is currently performing monitoring on behalf of I311. Blaine has been
requested to coordinate sampling with the Scotty's site located at 574 Grantline (Robert Kitay of
Acluascience) and Chevron located at 575 Grantline (Roger Hoffmore of Seacor). Blaine has also
been requested to sample all of the wells associated with the former 13I' site. Finally, :131aine has
been requested to prepare groundwater flow and chemical concentration maps that include all
three sites.
I
I understand that requirements for the.assessment workplan have.been recinded_pending the me.
review of this additional information.
]'lease give nye a call at (425) 251-0689 if you have any comments or questions.
Sincerely,
I
Scott Hooton
CC: site file
David Camille —Tosco
Aiden Metzger— Blaine Technical Services '
Robert Kitay, Aquascience,208 West El Pintado Road, Danville, CA 94526
Roger Hoffmore, Seacor, 3017 Kilgore Road, STE: 100, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
