To wit: <br /> Quarterly analyses: each groundwater monitoring well: <br /> ' Nitrate as Nitrogen <br /> TDS <br /> Specific Conductivity <br /> ' pH <br /> ' Semi-annual analyses: each groundwater monitoring well: <br /> Calcium <br /> Magnesium <br /> ' Sodium <br /> Chloride <br /> Nitrate <br /> ' Sulfate <br /> TDS <br /> Total Alkalinity <br /> ' Hardness <br /> Specific Conductivity <br /> pH <br /> ' STATEMENT OF FINDINGS (RESULTS) <br /> ' Lab Analysis: <br /> Results of the laboratory analysis will be included in the well completion report. <br /> Interpretation of Data: <br /> Interpretations of data will be presented in such a manner so as to satisfy the requirements of the <br /> ' WDR's and the CVRWQCB. <br /> CONCLUSIONS <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL will draw conclusions as to the condition of the site, extent of <br /> contamination, or other issues based upon review of the data obtained through the phased <br /> implementation of this work plan. Data to be provided for agency review are to include as-built plans <br /> ' of the monitoring wells as well as geologic logs of all borings. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SUBSEQUENT ACTIONS <br /> ' <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL will make recommendations based uponthe review ofthe datadeveloped <br /> through the implementation of this work plan and all work conducted previously in accordance with <br /> ' the applicable local, state and federal regulations. <br /> PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF IMPLEMENTATION <br /> ' A copy of this work plan will be presented to the CVRWQCD on or before3l August, 1999 <br /> Page -13- <br /> 1 <br />
